Since we began our joint effort in March 2009, we have fed the families of over 6,200 Local 150 Operating Engineer members and others in need who have been out of work and are in need of food. We also provided over $30,000 in gift cards for the purchase of household essentials.

Efficiency Reigns

Over 95% of contributions made to the Local 150 Food Bank go straight to families in need. This is unprecedented, as a "highly efficient" charity is considered to be one that gives 80 percent or more of its contributions to those in need.
